Motivational Training For The Youth
With the belief that “Change is possible, It begins with self,” NCDC organized a three-day motivational training to the youth at Nepal Administrative Staff College, Lalitpur, from 27-29 May,2026. The training brought together 28 young participants from Gaidahawa Rural Municipality, Rupandehi, and Danda Basaha, Dhading, out of whom 10 participants were female and 18 participants were male. The training focused on leadership, personal growth, mindset transformation, communication and soft skills, career guidance, entrepreneurship, climate action, and nature-based opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. Through interactive sessions, group activities, practical learning, and inspiring experiences sharing from resource persons, participants strengthened their confidence and leadership capacity. The training concluded with participants expressing greater motivation and commitment to applying their learning and contributing to conservation, sustainable development, and building more resilient communities.
